Bragging about putting a man in space when the government did that 60 years ago.... 😂 And then it only took 4 years for the government to put a man on the moon.

@NoOne-go3ml It absolutely does matter when you're talking about scale and mass mobilization of resources. A private company was never going to develop satellites and put a man in space in the 60's or develop nuclear technology. Just like a private company isn't going to transform the country into using 100% renewable energy. When it comes to large scale ideas that better society as a whole there is no question that the best way of accomplishing those things is through government. When it comes to distributing products and services to lots of people then you can pick between public or private.
