  2. Why the heck would you tase a guy holding a young child? There's no excuse for using your kid as a shield, but immediately using guns and dogs on someone unarmed is effing ridiculous. OF COURSE that is going to cause people to freak out. You could have just surrounded the guy and grabbed the kid. Does you have to solve every problem by shooting it? Not only could you have tased the child and killed him instantly, but the father could have cracked the kid's skull on the ground when he fell. And why were you having a dog bite the father's leg while he was already subdued? What the hell is wrong with cops these days?
