Acknowledging that people with prior infection have a large degree of natural immunity against reinfection isn't telling people to "get Covid". I'm not sure why people think that every time they hear it. It's about policy and if companies have policies that include vaccination, they should also have policies that acknowledge people who can demonstrate a prior infection. It's not really a difficult concept.

@nosuchthing8 We have had tests for Covid for a long time and people can also get an antibody test. Apparently, this is perfectly "workable" in most other countries that consider natural immunity as part of their pandemic policy, but just not in this country? Don't be ridiculous. The only reason this isn't considered in the US is because of politics and profits.
