  1. The amazing thing here is that you're actually both not saying anything wrong , you're both just choosing to emphasize different sides of the pandemic because of a stupid culture war. I hate to defend Sean Hannity, but he didn't say in that clip "this isn't anything you have to worry about", that is something you made up entirely, he said that "everyone is going to get Covid". Which is actually pretty true. It is also true that your symptoms are going to be milder if you're vaccinated, which is what you are choosing to emphasize however Hannity never refuted that claim in that clip. The claim that Hannity made was that unvaccinated people aren't necessarily a threat to others. Which was a false claim made last year over and over with absolutely no research backing it up. Studies show that vaccination helps with symptoms but doesn't stop nor even significantly reduce transmission. Although I normally disagree with Hannity on pretty much everything else. Also, there is vaccine hesitancy even in the global south countries that aren't as "privileged" as we are. Yes, the patents on vaccines are a problem, but I hate the characterization that somehow this is the only place in the world with a significant population of vaccine hesitant people and that it is a moral failing of people in this country. The reality is you can find large percentages of people who won't take a vaccine in South America and Africa.
