  1. Race is entirely made up to begin with. Anyone could classify any ethnic/genetic difference as a "race" if they wanted to. There is absolutely no mistaking the fact that the Nazis saw jews as a separate race and being of Jewish decent made you "the other" regardless of what religion you practiced. The term "Aryan Race" did not include Jewish people. Which is why people like Einstein and many others got the heck out of there. Every single one of Whoopi's points about "humans being mean to each other" could be said about black people, slavery, and Jim Crow. The fact that both of you don't understand that is pretty astounding.

  2. Race is a made-up concept to being with and there is no mistaking the fact that when the Nazi's said "Aryan Race" they did not include Jewish people. It's amazing that Whoopi doesn't understand that. When you classify and persecute people based on genetic traits that cannot be changed then you're persecuting people based on racism. The reason why people like Einstein got the heck out of there, even though he was agnostic, was because the Nazis were persecuting people based on their genetic and ethnic backgrounds regardless of their religious practices. Just because their skin tone made it less obvious doesn't make it any different. Slavery and Jim Crow could also be summarized as "humans being mean to each other" because we're all humans.... duh...

  4.  @briandp0560  Dude, seriously? It does not matter what the term "Aryan" means. The fact is when the Nazis used the term "Aryan Race" they did not include Jewish people. Do you not get that? The Nazis ENTIRE EXISTANCE was about gaslighting and propaganda and treating their nationality, heritage, and genetics as separate from other groups of people. Please remove your head from your behind and understand the historical context.
