He wasn’t facing her. So was he a threat then? Was he a threat at all. Yep he had some priors but he had never struck her at all. She lied all along. False allegations.

@calliew311 No it’s not. He should have faced consequences for that. Like she should have faced consequences for falsely accusing him of poisoning them. She set him up. Blind Freddy can see that. Who is saying he was a perfect man? No one. He could be a real ass. That doesn’t mean you can shoot and kill him. He had never hit her at all. @Gizmo_the_Pug she shot him in the side so if he’s coming at her then how did the bullet go in from right to left? How had he got his calf blown away? Was he running away? The defence theory of his legs flying up in the air are ludicrous. A my amazing how she’s untouched and he had a hole through his lung and into his spine and his calf is blown away.
