For example replace all of your "most"s with "largest proportions" a very different proposition, US nuclear weapons were largely down to its blackmailing of Britain for their atomic research, and you somehow believe that the US does not have a "balance of trade" but is merely an "exporter"? To have come from such an unassailble economic lead to the position we are in now 80 years later where China is outstripping the US in production and finance and the US dollar is about to collapse as the global currency is quite a feat. Compare the quick demise of the US to that of the UK which took 2 world wars to bring it to an end after over 300 years of global domination.
