Seeing as the trumped up "rate of inflation" figures bear almost NO resemblance to real world price rises, then a fall in that figure does NOT herald "an end to the cost of living crisis". Lowering of real world prices, especially those imposed by MASSIVELY profitable globalist owned utility companies and sanctioned by the globalist puppet govt in Westminster will mean an end to all the money grabbing BS that has gone on since the start of the globalist power grab with the "winter sniffles" nonsense. Lowering of inflation at this time of year is just a preparation for shafting wage rises come April.
