  56. That's not how live works. Let me explain: * There are a lot of animators. The more people can do the job - the less companies will pay them. Proof? Janitors * They don't have a Union. So if one animator starts to demand a better salary - he/she will be fired instantly. Other animators will just stand and do nothing. That's why you need some kind of Union. * Most animators are introverts so they avoid conflicts. Companies just bully them (like in school). I really wish that will change but animators themselves have to fight for a better future. P.S. I really like that animator girl :-)
