  27. I would recommend ESET Internet Security (antivirus + firewall). You also could scan all unknown files with virustotal.com (VirusTotal). It uses a few antiviruses at the same time for scanning.

  30.  @dreammfyre  If he has User Account Control - it must ask if the user really wants to run it. Most user would just click Ok without even reading. I'm not saying that Windows is a secure OS :-) A LOT depends on a user.
