  6. I agree. This list is just random engines, find in Wikipedia. If we talking about most impactful engines, top 3 is 1. idTech 2. Unreal Engine 3. Source There are 20+ pretty engine, which has no impact of gaming industry. Some engines are intersting, like Frostbyte, which have destruction. CryEngine is pretty, but awful in use. Unity is for idie. How many games use Unreal Engine and how many CryEngine? Ask yourself, why? I didnt say, that oyher engines are shit, but they are has little impact on industry. Or we need "Top 30 game engines" to cover them all.
