  2.  @tim3172  I never wrote a scheduler before so I can't give you any specific code. But I think that Windows scheduler is pretty old (for compatibility reasons, as usual) and can't utilize modern CPUs properly. I also think that motherboards should have better default settings (why virtualization is off? Why Overclocking is on? And so on...).
