Is the IJ also going after local and state police as well? Or will a judgement against the DEA (fingers crossed) cause a ripple effect down into all LEO, basically telling them it's NOT legal to steal people's cash. I'm glad I've seen these videos and know what to do if. For me, it isn't about the cash as I normally don't carry much, but it's the violation of privacy from someone who does not have legal standing to do that. I'm guessing if you asked the local airport police (or state police if they are the LEO's) to validate the DEA search....maybe that could help on the spot? Staying calm of course.
