  1. Hmm....interesting, but last time I checked, if you're the manager of anyplace, you're responsible for all operations. Part of me wants to say kudos for offering the supervisors/managers part of the tips...but glad the Dept of Labor said no.

  2. Seems kinda simple...if he still talks to the Ex....get her to file suit. But yeah, he had to get outta there. Weird though....if they knew she moved out of state months ago....why let him stay? Right, because the checks kept coming and clearing....not cool. Stuff is easy to replace....how he was treated...even if it was their mistake, that's not easy to fix.
