  1. Didn't they tell you that Canadian food in Canada is just called food? Like Chinese food in China...or Irish breakfast in Ireland....oh wait...that's still called Irish breakfast...hmm...anyways. LOL You are so right about Poutine. First time I saw that in Montreal I just said NO, that's WRONG! But...then...I tried it. Oh man...WICKED GOOD! Haven't tried the Wahlburger's version (since I'm from Boston originally) of it yet though...guess a trip to Toronto is in order for that...if I'm ever let back in to Canada. Love the idea of the smoked Salmon/maple syrup snack. Gotta see if I can find that around Dallas....you know, where all the oceans went to die. Talk about a seafood desert. Cool video as always Mike!
