  1.  @idkusername2795  That is if you look at the entire ocean. But the problem is that it is release on a point, which will greatly affect the Fukushima's surrounding area. The dilution will happen, but it will take time. And the highest concentration will be around the point of release. Which in this case, you should not look at the entire ocean, but at the point of discharge.
