  4. it happens every time you socialize schools. people need to understand that education is a service just like any other. Quality increases as you stop disallowing people to provide the service, and they start using more tools and techniques as they are more available and cheap to use. And as they use them, and someone comes up with a good way, others will start adopting it and it spreads... At least if you actually allow competition, which starts with step #1 of not disallowing people to provide the service. That includes bloated regulations, even basic regulations.
