THis analysis assumes it just is so and ignores that if policies weren't set to give special privileges to modern "nobles", then the economy would have flourished better and the broader competition and would have cause even more growth. Taiwan saw more firms and the growth ofnthose firms avg be more didtibuted remember? And arguably, less competiion-blocking leads to getting more of all the people have to offer. You TsMc

this isn't just capitalists and big companies, socialists and conglomerates. it has always happened in the past with kingdoms and nobles. It's the natural market of when you concentrate power over people (i.e. the existence of a government power)
