  1. What is needed is to make it cheaper and easier to increase supply of housong. Simplify requirements for buying homes. Reduce regulations and approval bottlenecks for building more units. Apply more assembly line techniques for building homes then shipping them to the final location, just like how we did for the model T Ford. And stop fucking with the monetary policy as a monopoly (the FED)
