This is the correct way: tabs on the left for flexible indentation, no matter your preference - just set how many spaces a tab will display as in your editor. spaces on the right (or after any text) so that alignment is preserved, regardless of how you set your editor to display tabs. This way, the code is always aligned correctly for everyone, no matter how their preference for displaying indentation of 2, 4, 3, 8, or even 175
