  1. what was frustrating and gaslighting to no end was how no one, not any teacher in high school, college, news, the FED, or forums talked about whether the fractional reserve system is necessary or a net benefit. sure they say it is, but they never get into the nuts and bolts of it, and come to some rigorous analysis showing why.
