Now they can set up a work culture that really maximizes what they want at expensive your interest but then the criticism should be around that not around a hyperbole I've been somehow owning your mind and feelings and time after work. Any activity is going to have its consequences. Your work may be physical labor like playing a sport or working out. And you will be sore afterwards but that doesn't mean your job or the company of your job owns your body their pain or however you want to hyperbolize it
