I do, however, acknowledge that you can apply the principles, without actually being as boisterous. For instance, if you enthusiastically support and affirm someone in a conversation, it really does give you more likelihood and an opening to say something to follow up. If there is competition to speak, say, in a job fair with a bunch of applicants around, yeah useful stuff. Looking back, I think I hyperbolized and strawmanned this video a bit too much.
