  2. we need to get rid of zoning laws, and allow 3-5 story buildings to exist with the 1st story being businesses that aren't loud, etc. Then we can walk/bike anywhere without needing a car, everything will be denser if you don't need parking lots, so you don't need a car. and it'll help with co2 as well. add thorium nuclear reactor power for a real kicker.
