  7. 7:13 why does everyone think lunch hours are paid? it's not 9 to 5. that's 8 hours. it's 8 to 5, with an unpaid hour of lunch break. the calculation should leave out lunch break, or 9-5 should be called 8 hours. the math in this video and how everyone refers to it as 9 to 5 is wrong. So the productive hours isn't 31 vs 25, but 36 vs 28 4 days of 10 hours days to keep 40 hours is more realistic and still an improvement. calling for 3 days is like asking for 15 min wage - its unrealistic as a broad generalized default practice, and misses a ton of basic realities.
