  3. you don't need a bunch of people in their 20s and 30s to do tech. that's complete bs. as long as the company visionary/head has read the market right, and has good key technologists/engineers/professors who really know their subject and can solve difficult problems, delegating tasks and having mid level managers and employees that listen to those managers is a trivial matter, and that's all you really need. That can be done with old people and they usually are older in their 50's +
