So, what Charisma on Command does wrong in this video is to pretend that selfless emotionless quests for the truth and nothing else is merely a persuasion act to further your own aims. Instead, you should just be geniunely searching for the truth in the first place, and the respect and collaboration will follow - not as a clandestine persuasion technique.
