@ImNotaVampire0x yes, they can. usually, if you're trying to be honest about it, you'd say "I've said some other things in the past, I have changed my mind, these are the reasons." This is more of an "absolute about face, hope you don't notice". Very typical of the Trump regime. Again, you guys lap it up or don't notice the astounding hypocrisy, never questioning whether the current statements mean anything given past track records. Because she's a bit pretty.
