  1. Shocking! although, the judge ruled that the FISA warrant would have been valid anyway, and Carter Page was a valid surveillance target. So, the guy responsible for the doctoring was punished, but there was no change in the fact that there was much evidence against Carter, and there was no FISA abuse. If this was the republicans they would be saying "don't prosecute the FBI guy, because what about the fact that FISA was valid!".
