  1. The law is a shield, not something to beat people with... From that statement I get to the tolerance paradox, or maybe it should be the tolerance fallacy. Our tolerance is one sided, we tolerate the intolerant, therefore there is intolerance. And if we don’t tolerate the intolerant, then we have intolerance. Our law, our freedom of speech, has been so tolerant that it allowed the malicious to turn the law on us. A lasting strategy is so much more nuanced than naive tolerance.
