When the vaccination program started, I got a phone call from the last NHS surgery I had registered with. It was 300 miles away, and I told them that due to lockdown, I was prohibited from going to them to be vaccinated. They asked where I lived now, and I refused to tell them. Then they asked if I would like my details removed, so I said yes. I am not registered with any surgery now.
