  2. Pleading guilty means no interrogation could reveal the motive. He would be found out to be a terrorist and the people who were imprisoned after the stabbings would have more reason to appeal. Starmer is even trying to change the definition of terrorism. He can only be doing that to not categorise Rudakubana as a terrorist. I say that because if he wanted to call Rudakubana a terrorist, then he would have already, all the evidence is there. But he didn't, and now he is changing the definition, therefore he is not changing the definition to include someone who was included already.
