  1. I agree that inciting violence is precisely asking someone to comit violence on your behalf. But that is exactly what a government does when it recruits military forces and goes to war. Outlawing incitement to violent is government monopoliation of violence. Just an observation.

  3. I think all of what we are seeing is a means to bring in a new control structure. The aim is to break apart the previous ties that people had so that we are all individuals who require a strong state to maintain diverse individual rights, how else are they going to protect the rights of a paedophile to be a paedophile? We know that's where this is heading and it is only under a very firm state that something so deplorable could be allowed. The overall effect is that the previous controls are swapped for new harsher controls.
