  1. USA are behind in hypersonic missile technology. It is claimed Russia and China have them already and America does not. It's not very credible that the USA could be the forerunner in hypersonic missile technology and now be behind just because their rivals stole their research. The thief would have to have destroyed all copies of research, destroyed prototypes, etc. Otherwise, all they could have got was copies. It also implies researchers with undocumented knowledge in their heads and abilities defected. I likeTrump but don't buy it.
