The vaccinated are lowering their own risk while increasing that of others. Furthermore, the vaccinated risk promoting deadlier strains because the vaccine does not suppress transmission. Isolating people who not have it does nothing because the virus is still there when people come out of isolation so we will have permanent isolation.
