  1. Take the audio from when he responds to the allegation and dub it over the video where he mouths the words. We will see which words fit the lip movements.

  2. He did not single her out. There are many women in parliament. To single out a specific woman he would have to identify the individual he was referring to. He did not use a specific name so all women of the house are possible targets of his contempt.
