Boycotting these copmanies is a good idea, exactly what I have been advocating for the BBC. The only problem I see is that there is something called an ESG score, awarded to a company from Blackrock/Vanguard. The score is for diversity, 'ethical business' etc. The companies with the highest scores get the investment. But I still agree with boycotting them.

I went to Telford on a school trip nearly 40 years ago. The school organised pen pals with pupils from Telford and we went to meet them. Mine was a Pakistani boy, he might be one of the groomers now. But when I got to Telford, there was another English pupil who had sent me a letter, but the schools never forwarded it. He told me then that the authorities were up to no good. That was almost 40 years ago.

My brothers daughter has just started school. For the first 5 minutes after they return to the classroom after break they watch BBC Newsround on a big screen. It's blatant indoctrination of children as early as possible.

Shouldn't we be talking about misandry? Because it appears that there is a great hate of men and this is causing men to become maldeveloped.

Boris Johnson says obesity is a comorbidity factor in CoVid deaths yet as soon as he had chance he opened McDonalds and had them sell their unhealthy food at half price. Now they are selling double BigMacs. Double-speak I say.

I’ve come to the conclusion that society has been groomed for decades to fall. The racism accusation is one of the foundation axioms in this logic that has been used to groom western civilisation for its own destruction. History shows every civilisation can be toppled and given that western culture is the current pinnacle, it is western culture that is always facing demise. We have to be serious about that. But the point is this self loathing is a grooming technique.

'the more actual hardship a country has faced, the less likely they are to overreact to CoVid'. In 1957 Britain experienced an influenza pandemic that killed about 30,000 people but nobody paid much attention to it. And again in 1968. Many of those people who lived through those pandemics were the generation who lived through WWI and WWII.

We don't even need low skilled workers. There are few low skilled jobs here anymore.

The interesting thing about this 'man in a women body' is that it implies that there is a 'you' and there is a 'body' and that they are different things. It also implies that the you exists before the body and that the you is assigned to the wrong body before birth. So it implies that if not an after life, there is a before life.

Nobody has a national identity any longer because our history has not been taught for at least 40 years. A German is more likely to know Britain's history than a Briton. But they do not have our interests in mind. We do not even teach English grammar; can you tell? Education across Britain is dire.

Her assessment of Boris' options in a general election are about right. He can campaign on the claim that he has been prevented by parliament from delivering Brexit, that's clear to see. If he were to offer a no deal Brexit he would no doubt get the Brexit party vote and many Labour leave votes but the problem is you cannot trust him to actually leave without a deal. Whereas the Brexit party is almost certain to nullify the existing treaties and not sign any more.

The discussion has moved to what do we do about it. Exactly what we need.

It isn't Cressida Dick's decision as to whether people have lost confidence in the Police. It's is everyone else's decision.

I'm a proponent of boycotts, the BBC in particular, and I have questioned whether it's the same as cancel culture. Are we being hypocritical? No, it's different. Maybe only in the minutest detail: Cancel culture is the prevention of speech, whereas to boycott is to ignore. A person can say what they like, but I don't have to listen.
29
'Tolerance of other faiths.' What if those other faiths are intolerant? There lies the problem, it is contradictory. Perhaps a better value would be tolerant of those who are tolerant.

I am not owned by the Government.

We know the SJW, BLM, Antifa etc are all Marxists. It's nothing we have not seen before and they have been defeated before, it's just they are in our house now. We have to look at what we need to do to stop this and what the consequences for society will be after our actions so that we don't defeat ourselves in the process.

I wish people would just think of themselves as human beings rather than a race.

On the depression, John B Calhoon studied rats and mice who lived in a world of plenty, where all needs were provided for. The populations rose rapidly before collapsing. We all have to struggle to survive, if there is no struggle, we have no purpose.

The Conservative Party appearing to be two parties in one, unable to control the differences within the party, about to split apart. This is how the Labour party appeared recently under Corbyn. Both these parties are barely capable of holding themselves together, not least the country. The fault line in society today is not represented by the two main parties.

Wind turbines are called renewable because they have a lifespan of 30 years and have to be replaced. All the turbines put up in the 90's are being scrapped and they cannot recycle the blades so they are putting them in land fill!

This is being used as Britain's George Floyd. The argument being used is always generalisation - guilt by association. They want to treat a group of people with suspicion and guilt because of the actions of a single member of the group. It is only valid to use this technique if the member were arbitrary, i.e. they have no rare properties. But every person has something about them that if different to all others therefore every person has a rare property and there are no arbitrary people therefore generalisation is fallacious.

On the point of education. One change I would like to see now we have left the EU is that the history of this country, warts and all, should be taught in schools along with English grammar. There are people from other countries who are now more knowledgeable of our country than we are. I suspect this was a purposeful decision made once we joined the EU/EEC. If you remove peoples history you remove their identity. Perfect for the EU, the organisation that wants to dissolve nations and rule over all those people. If you don't know the history of your country you have no counter argument against their assertions.
17
The governments are weak because for 40 years they have been jumped up civil servants who just have to fulfil the orders handed down by the EU. They have lost the skill. We have to relearn.
16
We can only hope their demise will be soon and swift, like Icarus.

The College Of Policing is private limited company of which Priti Patel is the sole shareholder. Now that is a revelation.
13
History is not a _story_. It's just a record of what happened.
12
Today's Conservative party can't even conserve themselves.
10
Not just inform but strategize and act.

I was taught the history of Russia in history at school. We covered the tzars, Lenin, Trotsky and Stalin. It certainly covered the death and failure.
10
When it comes to GBS some people say he was a communist, others say a fascist. I think this just highlights how similar the two are, how the similarities far outweigh the differences.

And those who control the past control the future

34:06 Defund the BBC - A few years ago you would think a few cranks. I was one of those cranks and I'm proud of it 😊😊 No TV No Licence No BBC

I read the BBC are interested in getting more involved with education. I means only one thing.

Chris Russ It gets accepted if there is no alternative but (cynically) they get no credit for the achievement. More likely someone of less competency gets the credit. That is itself dangerous because it rewards incompetence while simultaneously disincentives the competent. It’s the question of forgiveness, when, how and why.

I suggest we have some talks on what caused other dictatorships, such as the soviet union, to finally come to an end. If we study this we can accelerate the end of the current movement.
8
George Orwell may have written 1984 as a warning but what it did was lay the path to that future. The mechanics of the book can be brought into being because anyone who objects can be dismissed as believing in a fantasy that will never happen or called a conspiracy theorist. Orwell cleared the way.

Cis and trans come from chemistry. They are names used to describe the isomers of a molecule. Isomers are variations of a molecule that are made from identical atoms, but the atoms are arranged differently. Why cis and trans? My guess is trans was chosen first to describe someone who has changed gender, they then needed a word to describe those who have not. Chemistry provided cis because in chemistry it is the counterpart to trans.

What I would like to know is why a lot of our great academics go off to American universities? In my subject there are almost no lecturers indigenous to the UK. Given that we have been sending as many people to university as possible for the last 20 years I would expect more. Instead almost all the lecturers are from overseas.

Rafe Heydel-Mankoo makes a good point when he says that as the number of children in a family declines, the value placed on each increases, to the point where they are spoilt. I would also raise the voting age. My rationale is that the brain has not finished developing until about 25, so I would suggest about 25, but I will settle for 21.

The climate change narrative is really grooming. Michael Moores film is evidence of this. The idea has been planted in peoples mind that humans are changing the environment. The initial solution proposed is to change the energy source from CO2 emitting sources to renewable. This doesn't work for many reasons. Renewables are very inefficient, the manufacture of solar and wind turbines is very CO2 intensive. So now that solution is being shown to be false, another solution has to be found. The thing on everyone's minds is the population. So now the first solution has failed people are ready to accept depopulation. Climate change is grooming for depopulation.

That's exactly what I thought and I was going to make that my comment when there were no views of this version but I shied away. I was unsubscribed as well. Free speech requires dedication.
7
This is where the conversation needs to go. How do we change the present direction rather than commentating on what we don't like.
7
The kids are beginning to really wake up to the woke. I hear it every so often.

The BBC do not act with impunity. 500,000 people cancelled them last year. Their traditional revenue is drying up but more importantly the audience for their propaganda is disappearing. Is the cancellation of the BBC justified?
7
On the one hand, we might want to judge art on its own merit and not on the character of the artist. On the other, many people take issue with the statue outside the BBC that was made by Eric Gill.
7
My gay uncle told me his mother dressed him in girl's clothes as a child, probably my mother's clothes. This seemed to be a root issue for him. It was about 20 years ago that people started dressing their infants in gender-neutral yellow. Those children, from the earliest age, were not told what gender they are, now there is an explosion of seemly confused people who are 'transitioning'.
7
Kamala Harris was introduced at a recent Biden rally as 'the next president of the united states'.
7
Regarding the slavery, the reason why Britain, and to a less extent America, takes all the blame is because we are the top nations and some people want to take us down. There's no gain in taking down Africa for the Barbary Coast slave trade.
