  1. Rafe Heydel-Mankoo makes a good point when he says that as the number of children in a family declines, the value placed on each increases, to the point where they are spoilt. I would also raise the voting age. My rationale is that the brain has not finished developing until about 25, so I would suggest about 25, but I will settle for 21.
