  1. What we can say without question is that genetically a transgender does not have the genetics of the opposite sex. Men have XY chromosomes and women have XX chromosomes, and every cell, including brain cells, will exhibit this. So are the transgenders claiming that genetics have no bearing on sex, that it is entirely a mental state?

  2. I have argued that the brain scan of a transgender should reveal a difference. Specifically, it is apparently well known that male and female brains have observable anatomic differences. If it is true that a person has been born into the wrong body, or that they have the brain of the opposite sex, then a blind test should identify the brain as of the opposite sex.
