CoVid is about doing unprecedented things. We would not be able to put illegal migrants in 4 star hotels if it were not for CoVid - the rooms would be booked by regular guests. Businesses would not be pushed into bankruptcy en mass. It's like the saying Little Finger from GoT had - chaos is a ladder.
