When it comes to the Windrush scandal I cannot believe that someone could be so stupid to have though they could get away with it. Remember, for people who are mentally altogether there is only stupidity and conspiracy. Thus it leads me to believe the attempt to deport Windrush people was done knowing it would fail and be used as a weapon against all deportation.
