Migrants are being shipped into London and paid to live there simply because otherwise the barista class would not be able to work in London and the suits would have no one to serve their lattes. Seriously, there is a low paid working class that keep the city running and it is too expensive for them to live there or commute in. The city will implode if it is not subsidised.
