The state of Washington gives industry billions in tax exemptions and tech industry imports thousands of cheap foreign white collar workers from 3rd world to supplant citizen workers. This is common in all the blue major metros. This obliterates citizen workers, and leaves little to no housing nor funds to address the damage.
