  1. Does not matter. Florida man, on the ground, hands over his head, yelling don't shoot my patient, sitting next to him. They still shot the man on the ground with his hands over his head. Cop, when asked "Why did you shoot me?", said "I don't know". Bad, bad training when they show up at any scene all jacked up.

  2. Too many on the web saying "if only they (killed person) ...". Blows my mind anyone justifies killing unarmed innocent. Tells me they endorse continuance.

  3. Beamers Beamer I've only read a few of the prosecution transcripts but they echo commentary on the web: "...the suspect...", presumption of suspicious criminal.  They appear to arrive on sites jacked up, ready for "action".

  4. Why do people keep sending huge amounts of pension/401K money to Wall St? Why do people keep paying taxes when we are clearly in a state of taxation without representation? Why do people keep using credit cards?
