appareantly he did not shoot the dog, the neighbour kid did but Todd got blamed for it, he also poisoned the goldfish by accident by getting some chlorine in the tank in hoping it would clean the tank. he may have been lying but i dont understand why he would, he admitted to crimes much worse than that and it wouldnt change anything
