  2.  @Friends46488  Don't worry, the market will decide what a "starter home" is in the post-covid boom reality. If that means people have to seal up two unused bedrooms to save on energy costs so be it...the low purchase price will be worth it.

  3. Yep. Everyone went for the max profit product at the same time (predictably). But, say you live on a planet with exactly 10 people (of varying incomes) and there are exactly 10 houses, but all of them are beautiful mansions. Which one is the affordable house that the poorest individual can buy? The answer is the smallest and/or ugliest of the beautiful mansions, because ultimately, they all need to sell to someone.
