  2.  @ShalomShalom-d5c  Mostly the dirt cheap midwest states that people are moving to as a last resort. But desirable states are frozen solid.

  3.  @jayc4715  You say that as if it were a fact but there's no way to know that in advance. Look at the 2008-2010 crash....interest rates went down the whole time. If people are losing jobs in a cascading fashion, even low rates don't prevent the price correction.
