  1. Awesome collab. Bring Steve on next time and we can have the Three Must-crash-teers ;-) Just kidding! Seriously, there is a VERY noticeable slowdown in sellers willing to list. It's been falling off a cliff for three weeks now. Either that was it for all the people who needed to sell (unlikely) OR sellers have decided to go on strike until "conditions improve". I think it's the latter, and I think it's a big miscalculation on their part. Would love some insight on this phenomenon moving forward.
