  1. Teachers do not have free speech protections while in the performance of their duties as a public servant. The bill has nothing to do with silencing kids, it's about stopping teachers from having inappropriate conversations with young children. If you think this is unconstitutional you have no working comprehension of how the Constitution works. Can you show me where the word gay is in the bill?

  6.  @emmetharrigan5234  calling it a dont say gay bill only shows how completely biased and ignorant you are. Teachers have no places talking about sexually to kindergartners. A third grader who thinks they're gay is obviously having inappropriate conversations with someone and child services needs to get involved because there is a high likelihood that some form of abuse is taking place.
