  1. Not all homeless people need rehabilitation, not all of them have mental health issues, they definitely shouldn't go to jail for being homeless. A lot of homeless people work to get out of their situation and shouldn't be criminalized because of the ones that are drug addicts or have mental health issues.

  3. I cant agree with him on this. People need to be offered services, but criminalizing homelessness is unacceptable.
